A new deadly presence has emerged in town—her name is Nina. Formerly an ordinary fan of Jeff the Killer, Nina’s sanity unraveled after a tragic incident during her school years, when she and her brother were tormented by bullies. In a moment of violent rage, she killed the bullies and bleached her face, transforming her appearance into a ghostly pallor. The game features two distinct storyline paths. Take on the role of PoisonGuy and hunt down Nina, or become Nina the Killer herself, struggling to escape from a grim asylum.
